Job Purpose:

As a Building Administration Officer , your role is to make sure our mall is always in tip-top shape. This means keeping everything clean, safe, and organized, including our amenities, utilities, and equipment. By doing so, we can reach our business goals and provide a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee janitorial, landscaping, minor repairs, and pest control activities; ensure compliance with policies and budget limits.
• Conduct regular inspections of mall facilities and utilities; coordinate repairs, monitor consumption, and ensure timely reporting and billing.
• Act as Safety Officer; manage incident response, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure full compliance with safety procedures and documentation standards.
