BUDTENDER The customer experience at Snaxland all starts and ends with the Budtender.  As a Budtender you are on the front lines of creating an exceptional customer experience through product education and recommendations, a pleasant and friendly demeaner and focus on the customer needs.

The budtender is responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, fun, productive and rewarding for both the team and customers.   Roles and Responsibilities Customer Service Quickly greet and assist all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.

Demonstrates a positive attitude toward all customers.

Always practice exceptional customer service.

If needed, seek help from Lead Budtender or Managers.   Assist customers with requests in-store and on the phone as necessary.
