Summary This position is assigned to the Budget Section within Fiscal Service at Chalmers P Wylie Ambulatory Care Center. This Section is responsible for the financial reporting, monitoring, analyzing, and projecting the financial resources of the medical center. This position performs a wide variety of budgetary functions in the collection, analysis, formulation, and execution of the medical care appropriations and all programs operating within the Department of Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center. Responsibilities The major duties of the Budget Technician may include but are not limited to: Developing and monitoring resources and making recommendations to the service regarding needs, distribution, or redistribution of these resources.
