Description
We are looking for a Budget Analyst to join an onsite team in Orefield Pennsylvania on a contract basis. This role will support day-to-day budget planning and fund accounting activities while helping maintain accurate financial records and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel capabilities and can work confidently with budget data to support informed financial decisions.


Responsibilities:

• Manage fund accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records tied to budget performance

• Prepare, monitor, and update budget information to support ongoing financial planning and control

• Analyze annual budget data and compare actual results against approved spending plans

• Build and maintain Excel-based reports using formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions to organize financial information

• Review budget activity for accuracy, identify variances, and communicate findings to stakeholders
