• Ensure tight financial discipline, cost optimization, and margin improvement across the value chain.

Sales, Marketing & Business Development:-

• Lead Sales, Marketing, and Business Development strategies across B2B and B2C models.
• Maintain strong, senior-level relationships with all major two-wheeler OEMs and key aftermarket stakeholders.
• Drive aggressive market penetration, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
