A highly supportive and inclusive school in Barnet is urgently looking to appoint a qualified BSL Support specialist to support deaf and hearing-impaired pupils across the school.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with BSL Level 2 or above who is passionate about inclusive education and making a genuine difference to young people every day.

The school has an experienced SEN team, excellent leadership, and a strong commitment to providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs.

The successful BSL Support Specialist will:

* Support pupils with hearing impairments on a 1:1 basis and within the classroom
* Use British Sign Language confidently to aid communication and learning
* Help pupils remain engaged, confident and independent throughout the school day
