Responsibilities

• Key person in planning and execution of change processes and user adoption, primarily for Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Advisor and sparring partner for customers and colleagues in digital transformation, training, and change management.
• Active in developing training programs, workshops, and communication plans to support successful adoption.
• Driver of problem‑solving and support between technical teams, managers, and end users.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot implementation, user adoption, and training.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, e.g., MS‑900, MS‑700, AB‑730 or equivalent.
• Documented experience with change management, preferably Prosci‑certified.
• Experience in developing training material, communication strategies, and workshops for diverse user groups.
