Position: KỸ SƯ CẦU NỐI TIẾNG NHẬT (BrSE,Project Manager)

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Make a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects.
• Propose and execute business measures based on KPI.
• Review and refine measures through scrum events.
• Explanation of development policies and specifications to engineers.
• Help with taking communication between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese engineers.
• 開発において上流程のすべての経験あり要求分析要件定義 基本設計詳細設計
• BSEの指導育成経験あり
• 本側のPMのサポートなしでプロジェクト管理できる
• BSEの本側とのコミュニケーション指導経験あり

Requirements  : 
- Age: 25 -38
- Japanese skill: Equivalent to Upper N2 or N1 (Very good communication)

• Experience in working with software developers Team
• From 2 years of experience as BrSE  
• English skill : Basic ~ Pre-intermediate
