About the Role

The Broker Sales Manager will play a crucial role in managing relationships with accredited brokers and ensuring the successful promotion of Filinvest projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects.
• Serve as a point of reference between Filinvest Land, Inc. and accredited brokers.
• Assist accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers.
• Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers.
• Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers.
• Oversee accredited brokers marketing activities to ensure sales target is achieved.
