Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Proactively source, on-board, and grow the client’s “share of wallet” within a panel of brokers and external partners. Sales Support: Enhance partner relationships through continuous motivational sales support and recognition. Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact to resolve broker queries and complaints while identifying opportunities for new business or retention. Performance Tracking: Monitor panel performance, including penetration and ensuring lapse/NTU ratios do not exceed 40%.
