You will be involved in a broad mix of finance and capital markets work including:

- Global Medium Term Note Programmes
- Islamic Finance and sukuk transactions
- Regulatory Capital and Liability Management Transactions
- Convertible and Project Bonds

On the finance side, you will be involved in project finance, leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions but representing the corporate trustee.
