He/She will assist in ensuring that each member delegated to her is able to achieve his/her assigned targets. He/She will be responsible for understanding a project's target and ensuring that said goals are properly disseminated to the project's members. He/She will be included in the basic design of system documentation, consultation, and ensuring that all parties involved are well informed. He/she will be a contact point between the offshore and onshore development teams.
