We are currently seeking a Cook 3 – Breakfast Line to join our Culinary Team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have strong breakfast line experience, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute all breakfast menu items—including eggs to order, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes—according to standardized recipes and Hyatt quality standards
Operate and maintain equipment such as flat tops, griddles, fryers, and ovens specific to breakfast production
Set up and break down breakfast stations daily, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and stored properly for service
