Position Overview
**Description:**
We are currently seeking a **Cook 3 – Breakfast Line** to join our Culinary Team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have strong breakfast line experience, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a team-oriented mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare and execute all breakfast menu items—including eggs to order, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes—according to standardized recipes and Hyatt quality standards
+ Operate and maintain equipment such as flat tops, griddles, fryers, and ovens specific to breakfast production
+ Set up and break down breakfast stations daily, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and stored properly for service
