BREAKFAST ATTANDENT
Purpose of Position : Breakfast Host is responsible for providing outstanding guest service, greeting, and serving hotel guests in the breakfast area. Maintaining breakfast buffet service during breakfast hours and ensuring smooth operations of breakfast area daily.
Essential Functions:

• Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Ensure smooth service each morning.

• Respond to guest requests in a friendly professional manner. Resolve any guest complaints regarding the breakfast area. When necessary, request assistance from the General Manager.

• Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all areas.
