Summary of our Verzenay's business: We make handcrafted French baked goods, pastries, with no artificial ingredients! Everything we make is in house and our business is retail direct to customers only. We do not focus on Wholesale.
Full time. Experience in Lamination for Viennoiseries making is required - at least 2 years plus is required in 1-2 area, but must be open to both areas. Benefit of having artisan bread baking a plus.
1 day a week early morning bread and morning bake-off required before store opening. Other 4 days will be regular hrs.
