RINA is currently recruiting for a Brazil Energy Site Engineer to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Plant Engineering Division.

Key Accountabilities

• Assessment of the structural integrity of subsea risers using numerical models based on the finite element method;
• Preparation of technical reports following Petrobras specifications for top tension, structural, and fatigue analyses of flexible pipes;
• Participation in technical meetings, providing recommendations and solutions based on applicable technical standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with an active CREA license.
• Experience in subsea projects with pipelines.
• Good experience with OrcaFlex software.
• Experience with dynamic analysis of flexible pipes.
• Fluent or advanced English level (weekly meetings in English).
