Job Description:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute brand acquisition strategies aligned with category and platform growth priorities. Market Research & Analysis: Analyze trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify and prioritize potential brands. PC2 Profit & Loss Analysis: Run PC2 profit and loss analysis to evaluate acquisition feasibility and determine special commission rate proposals for strategic or high-potential brands. Track and report financial impact post-onboarding to ensure sustainable margin contribution Negotiation & Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end negotiations with brand principals/distributors to secure favorable terms and agreements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure successful brand onboarding and campaign alignment.
