We are looking for an agile, solution-oriented and energetic Brand Manager to support the execution of our brand vision for Lipton Teas & Infusions in Pakistan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about solving problems, and enjoys bringing bold brand ideas to life through flawless execution and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Operations & Project Management
Lead day-to-day execution of brand plans, ensuring operational excellence across campaigns and launches.
Manage innovation projects from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of brand initiatives by driving OTIF (On Time In Full) execution across all workstreams.
