**Meaningful Work From Day One**
The Brand Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned brands within the B-F SEA Emerging Brand portfolio. This includes developing the brand strategy, overseeing the implementation of all brand-building activities, and managing the necessary marketing tools and resources in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders. A core responsibility is to continuously measure and evaluate brand performance to ensure growth and establish a strong position for the brands within the B-F portfolio. This role requires effective stakeholder management, connecting and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain), key distributor partners, Regional and Global brand teams, and external agencies (Marketing, PR) and suppliers.
