Position Overview
Main Responsibilities:
- Brand Management
- Understand consumer insights, brand & business growth levers, and 360 marketing
- Lead cohesive campaigns, providing direction to other marketing teams on brand strategy
- Commercial Strategy
- Develop strategic, conceptual, creative, and executional retail & shopper programs
- Work on elevating & optimizing trade marketing tactics, retailer integration, and conversion
- Partnerships & Experiential Marketing
- Work collaboratively with external partners & understand how to bring partnerships to life
- Oversee different field marketing activities from sampling to consumer events
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Brand Management experience, with experience on brand(s) with a large multicultural consumer base Mandatory
