Position Overview
As a Brand Team, you will be responsible for leading snack category growth in Modern Trade by driving brand strategy, executing 360° marketing campaigns, and building sustainable consumer demand.
What will you do?
- Brand Strategy & Performance: Be directly accountable for the end-to-end category performance, including sales volume, market share, and brand profitability, encompassing COGS and margin.
- Consumer Funnel Building: Craft the brand's Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) and translate this into a comprehensive brand strategy and activation plan.
- Growth & Advocacy: Build a robust consumer funnel from initial awareness all the way through to advocacy.
