Position Overview
Job Purpose:
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive sustainable growth. This role is critical to ensuring all marketing activities—including strategic planning and brand strategy development—deliver volume, revenue, profit, and brand objectives aligned with the overall business plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual brand plans and budgets, and secure approval for targets related to sales volume, revenue, profit, advertising, and promotions.
- Execute marketing plans (advertising and promotional activities) on time and within budget, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve agreed objectives.
- Identify and deliver product and packaging improvements to maintain a strong competitive advantage.
- Manage the development and production of advertising, promotional, and sales support materials.
