Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for each account.
- Track sales and stock performance through weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reports.
- Collect feedback from stores to build a clear understanding of market dynamics.
- Conduct regular store and market visits across the region to identify weaknesses and opportunities, and provide detailed reports.
- Engage with store-level sales teams to gather insights that can enhance brand performance.
- Motivate and support sales staff, propose incentive schemes, and encourage best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and suggest adjustments where necessary.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure A&P activities are executed in line with quarterly plans.
