Job Description: Brand Manager
Summary of Functions
The Brand Manager is responsible for the development launch and commercialization of products/brands based on defined company objectives and brand architectures.
Overseeing the development and delivery of both the NPD roadmaps and brand plans they work in collaboration with the cross‑functional team to execute the vision strategy and key initiatives for assigned brands.
Primary Functions
- Product Development: Focused on innovation, expansion, diversification, and gap‑fill analysis.
- Commercialization Planning: Managing ideation, business processes and stakeholder support stages of bringing brands to market.
- Ongoing Brand Activity: Implementing strategies with social education and trade teams to increase consumer trial and engagement online and at shelf.
