Job Description
The candidate is responsible for providing end-to-end branding strategy, from planning to execution in alignment with Marketing Head, understanding brand needs, customer segments priorities, LATAM vision & guidance. Guide & influence In-Field teams to execute brand plans and campaigns. Develop in collaboration with Business Excellence and Sales team customer journey plans to support brand growth in a consistent, unified, and profitable way.
Accountabilities
- Marketing Plan: Active participation with Marketing Head and LATAM Marketing to define local brand priorities, objectives & key branding initiatives and customize brand plans based on market and customer needs for execution.
- Co-create, implement and execute the marketing plans for an aesthetic portfolio, aiming to optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term.
