This role will help bring acquired New Zealand brands into the First Focus ecosystem without making everyone feel like they’ve been trapped inside a corporate rebrand PowerPoint.
You’ll focus on customer communication, social engagement and trust-building during acquisition and brand transition periods. This is not a broad digital marketing role. It’s about helping customers and communities feel informed, respected and confident while things change around them.
