Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Support the achievement of store sell-out targets, field force team goals, and individual performance objectives.
- Develop action plans for incremental sell-out growth, leveraging insightful strategies.
- Provide regular and timely updates on sell-out performance by account and store, ensuring transparency.
- Assist in managing retail activity goals and conducting ROI analysis for informed decision‑making.
- Handle essential data and KPI management tasks, maintaining accurate records.
- Execute and enhance customer service through diligent MSP monitoring, result assessment, and recovery planning.
- Monitor and address Net Promoter Score (NPS), implementing necessary action plans.
- Implement individual KPI tracking, cascading training throughout FSM/FT/PT teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with store staff, capturing performance feedback and competitive insights.
