The Mission
You are the primary engine for awareness, adoption, and advocacy for tawk.to in Malaysia. This is a high-impact, 50/50 hybrid role: half of your time is spent finding and closing new opportunities (Sales), and the other half is spent ensuring our customers are successful, onboarded, and supported (Support).
Responsibilities
Sales & Growth (40% supplied / 60% self-generated)
- Hunting: Proactively identify and reach out to local businesses (SMEs and Enterprises).
- Awareness to Advocacy: Manage the full lifecycle from outreach to signup and adoption.
- Documentation: Track all activities and leads within our internal tawk.to pipeline tool.
Customer Support & Onboarding (50%)
- Guided Growth: Act as the first point of contact for setup and feature adoption.
- The Bridge: Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot and provide local feedback.
