Pear Tree School is looking for a Brand & Community Engagement Manager to join our team. This is a new role created to deepen the relationships we build with prospective and current families and to share the Pear Tree story more widely.

The Role

As our Brand & Community Engagement Manager, you’ll be the person families connect with first. You’ll guide prospective families through their journey of discovering Pear Tree, support current families in feeling heard and valued, and help us tell the stories that make our school special.

You’ll also support the Principal by serving as a key point of contact for families and community partners, ensuring every interaction reflects the care and quality Pear Tree is known for.
