- Strategy: Aligns positioning, narrative, and differentiation so everyone tells the same story.
- Messaging: Creates a clear value proposition + tone of voice that improves conversion and sales effectiveness.
- Visual system production and direction.
- Awareness: Builds thought leadership + PR/comms motion to increase credibility and top-of-funnel trust.
- Execution: You get a doer-leader who can ship: website messaging, decks, proposal templates, content plan, launch beats.
