To strengthen ISLA’s corporate reputation and brand love by building a positive image among employees, customers, and the public. The role champions ISLA as an employer of choice and drives brand affinity from within. Specifically, this role aims to: Position ISLA as a destination company for top talents; and, deepen brand engagement by encouraging Solane usage and advocacy among employees.
EMPLOYER & EMPLOYEE BRANDING
- Develop campaigns to encourage employees to use Solane LPG in their households and promote Solane LPG to their family and friends.
- Create and implement programs that promote employee engagement, advocacy and brand loyalty.
- Build strategies that attract top talents by promoting ISLA’s culture, values, and reputation as a great place to work.
- Enhance the visual and experiential branding of ISLA offices, terminals, and plants to reflect the company’s brand identity.
