Assists in overseeing the operations of the branch. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the branch's profitability. The Assistant Branch Manager is also responsible for enforcing company policies, managing budgets, and developing strategies to improve the branch's performance.
