Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cold storage facility, ensuring smooth workflow

• Manage and monitor stock levels, stock rotation and product handling to prevent spoilage and loss

• Maintain and monitor temperature controls to ensure optimal storage conditions

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food storage regulations

• Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of products ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

• Implement and improve stock management systems for tracking and reporting (i.e FIFO or FEFO).

• Supervise, train and manage cold store staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies
