Develop, implement and manage the branch sales and operations plan to achieve the branch target
Lead and manage visitations and engagements with local business communities
Jointly organize sales activities and campaigns with Regional Sales Heads and marketing teams to promote Bankβs products especially Deposit, Wealth and e-Banking/Solution and to engage and grow local SME/commercial/corporate customers
Sales Management
Set, review and communicate sales targets to all levels of staff across the branch
Review weekly sales targets/activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met
Maintain awareness of competitor activity and industry best practices
Ensure cross selling (consumer to SME and vice versa) and deep selling (customer PHR) and product neutral selling (between conventional and Islamic products)
