• Running the Branch


• Sales and Customer Service


• Business Development


• Client Liaison


• Customer Credit Control


• Money collection and banking


• Stock Control


• Preparing Annual Budgets


• Employment of Staff


• Staff management and discipline


• Implementation and management of the company’s standard operating procedures, HR policies, departmental policies and health&safety policies


• Ensuring the Company vehicles are correctly maintained in accordance with the specifications of the respective vehicle manufacturers, ensuring that they are roadworthy at all times
