MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To manage the staff, clients and deliverables of the branch ensuring that it is aligned with the overall objectives of the organization and the resources are fully utilized to ensure optimal delivery of services to our clients. The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial performance, profitability, service delivery, client retention and operational excellence of the branch while maintaining a client‑centric focus. BASIC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Logistics or courier environment in a managerial role.
