Managing & evaluating branch staff performance and training, including coaching process for improving sales and service.
Fostering community business-relationship, retaining the business, and resolving escalated customer complaints.
Ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, mitigating operational risks.
To be located in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, Batam, Balikpapan.
Job Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor degree.
8-9 years of experiences in financial services and managing sales team focused on Priority Banking or Wealth Management Business, including 3-4 years at the management level.
