Ensure that the customer experience is always top-notch, making sure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time;
Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles efficiently and safely;
Manage and maintain the schedule for pickers, riders, and shift leads, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts while keeping operations running smoothly;
Foster an inspiring, motivating, and collaborative environment where everyone feels supported and driven to succeed.
