Managing all aspects of the local retail branch, including growing the business and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the local retail branch
• Mentoring and growing your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team
• Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world‑class support and build strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers and to assist in the development of new customers
• Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners, and customers by converting them away from competitor products
