The Role: Where Strategy Meets the Road

As our Kapiti Branch Manager, no two days are the same. You’ll be the heartbeat of the depot, overseeing everything from our skilled mechanical workshop and professional drivers to the complex logistics that keep our fleet moving.

This is a proactive, hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading a Great Team: Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a diverse crew of drivers and workshop staff. You’ll foster a positive culture where safety is paramount and performance is celebrated.
• Operational Excellence: Mastering the puzzle of rosters, vehicle maintenance (COF and PM schedules), and fleet readiness to ensure we never miss a beat.
