+ Extensive working knowledge of Branch operations, sales, investment referrals, banking regulations, business development, and thorough understanding of the consumer and small business lending process.
+ Expertise interfacing with multiple departments and personnel at various levels.
+ Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Demonstrated capability in banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
**Your Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience; additional coursework in banking is preferred.
+ Valid NMLS Registration required.
