Key Responsibilities:
This challenging role deals with both the internal and external customer and is an integral part of the lettings process.Control of our Clients Accounts ensuring funds are allocated in a timely manner and resolution to unallocated monies.Communication with landlord and tenants, keeping them up to date with progress reports and managing expectations.Chase and collection of rent arrears in accordance with SLA.
