Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, the Branch Manager plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of InfraBuild Recycling’s major non-ferrous export hub in NSW. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be managing both ferrous and non-ferrous operations.
What you will be doing:
Managing and coordinating the logistics, administration and customer service of the branch

Managing daily operations including people leadership

Employee management and leading performance reviews

Contributing to ongoing process improvements

Communicating regularly with state trading team on sales management and planning

Managing KPI’s of the branch
