We are currently seeking a candidate for a Branch Manager/Inside Sales Representative to support our customers in Atlantic Canada. Reporting to the Operations Director, this person will be responsible for the inside sales team (5 people) at our office in Halifax (Bedford). He or she will supervise the operation of his or her team in accordance with our procedures and quality standards. He or she will participate in the annual reviews of the people he or she supervises and will be involved in the improvement of our processes. He or she will also be responsible for providing first‑class support to our customers, both on a technical and commercial level. Each Inside Sales Representative is assigned a specific clientele in order to know his or her customers well. You must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the subject matter and have good interpersonal skills. Our Inside Sales Representatives are considered important technical resources in the eyes of our customers.
