About the Role
We are currently sourcing a commercially driven and operationally strong Branch Manager for an agricultural retail outlet. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the branch’s profitability, operational efficiency, and local market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Commercial Management : Drive branch profitability, manage budgets, oversee daily financial administration, and execute the regional business plan.
- Operational & Inventory Control : Oversee total stock management, procurement, merchandising, and the safeguarding of company assets.
- Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff. Handle all local HR matters in compliance with the Labour Relations Act (LRA) and Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA).
