Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with operational policies and industry regulations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Execute strategies to achieve revenue goals across Bancassurance, Agency, and Broker channels.
• Address inquiries and build strong loyalty with intermediaries and local customers.
• Manage the branch budget, analyze financial performance, and mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management (CPA or MBA is an advantage).
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in insurance or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Non-life Insurance products and relevant local regulations.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, presentation, and people management.
• Driving skill is required for this role.
