Position Overview
- Achieve branch sales targets by driving life insurance business through the Agency channel and increasing policy sales.
- Recruit new Insurance Advisors / Agents and build a strong and active agency network for continuous business generation.
- Manage and guide Sales Managers / Unit Managers and ensure the team achieves individual and branch targets.
- Train and support agents on insurance products, sales strategies, and market development to improve productivity.
- Ensure smooth branch operations and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop business opportunities in the local market and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and internal teams.
Experience: 8+ years in Life Insurance (Agency Channel)
Education: Any Graduate
Age: Up to 45 years
