Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Drive localized sales of motor car, property, marine, and personal accident policies by empowering agents, brokers, and bancassurance channels.
Branch Operations: Supervise day-to-day office activities, including client onboarding, underwriting, and administrative support.
Claims Management: Oversee the end-to-end processing of claims, ensuring settlements are objective and adhere to policy conditions.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch staff to maintain a high-performing and collaborative team.
Financial & Risk Management: Monitor branch profitability, prepare and control operational budgets, and implement safety and risk mitigation protocols
