We're excited to announce we are hiring a Branch Sales Counter Associate. Shift is Monday - Friday and some Saturday's occasionally. All new hires will undergo a background check and drug screen prior to start date. Carrier is an equal opportunity employer.
Counter sales- Greet customers, order equipment in computer, track parts for customers and communicate updates to customers. Keep showrrom clean and organized. Check in new equipment as it arrives, check new equipment for damages, reorder supplies to ensure branch stays stocked. Answer phone, place phone orders, troubleshoot and answer any questions customers may have. Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. Provide superior customer service to our customers.
